I was refused registration with a doctor, they said I need a passport and a tenancy agreement. What do I do?
The refusal is unlawful. Under NHS rules, registering with a GP doesn't require documents, an address or immigration status.
Three steps:
1. Ask for the GMS1 form and write down the name of the person who refused.
2. Say that registration without documents is allowed under NHS England rules.

What it doesn't do — and that's honest
It doesn't answer questions about your asylum case. Not about chances, not about timescales, not about what to say at the interview. In the UK, individual immigration advice can only be given by a specialist registered with the IAA or an SRA or BSB lawyer.
It doesn't handle a crisis conversation. If a message contains a threat to life, the bot immediately gives the emergency numbers. It leads you to people; it doesn't replace them.
About your data, briefly and with no small print: the bot remembers only the current conversation and only for two hours, then the chat deletes itself. The /udalit command deletes it instantly, no questions asked. Between conversations the bot doesn't remember you. Your text goes to a language model so the bot can understand the question — it isn't used for training. The button topics work without the model at all, so you can get help without writing a word about yourself.
